Membership Type	Tavistock Hockey Club Subscription Fees
Full Adult Membership (Saturday/Sunday Leagues)	£130 per annum
U18/Students/Non Working (Saturday/Sunday Leagues)	£100 per annum
Non Playing Member	£10 per annum
Junior Member	£100 per annum (including training fees)

Notes: -

Subscription fees include Registration, Insurance, League Affiliation and Tournament entry fees. Subscriptions are due on the 1st of September. Subscriptions may also be paid by installments by arrangement with the Treasurer. Payment can be made in full 1st September or in two 50% instalments, one 1st Sept and the other 1st January.
