| Match Report | A strong start for Tavistock saw an attempt on goal within the first minute of the game and this pretty much carried on for the first half. Tavistock were the dominant team throughout and it was only the OPM goalie that stopped numerous goals being scored. Finally a frustrated Tavistock broke the deadlock and a goal was scored by Chezzie Moore. In the second half OPM played a much more attacking game however Tavistock were still the stronger team and the second goal was soon scored by Lois Thornton. OPM again went on the attack and despite Tavistock working hard to keep a clean sheet OPM scored. Final score was 2 - 1 to Tavistock and player of the match was Katie Birchell . |
